We have an extensive selection of spikes suitable for cross country and track, from an all-around 3-season spike to specialty sprint and distance spikes. We also stock a selection of flats and rubber-bottomed shoes with removable spikes that are suitable for use on the region's indoor tracks.

Road Racing
When weight is the primary concern, we stock light, minimalist flats good for 5k-10k. For those who like to run longer or do a little bit of everything, we carry a number of flats suitable for a wide range of race distances. For marathoners, we stock a variety of more substantial flats as well as lightweight trainers that make great race day shoes. When possible we carry both a men's and women's model to get you the best fit.
